Kindergarten £14 per morning for the term after a child turns 5, 9am – 12.30pm
£12 per afternoon, 12.30pm until 3.30pm
£5 Lunch, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday to suit parents’ demand. Lunch is not a stand-alone option.
For snacks and our lunch we use the best ingredients, sourced locally form the finest organic suppliers. The emphasis is on local produce from sustainable sources and that every child can enjoy good food. Local means less travel, less pollution and regenerating resources back into the local community.
We want to offer the extra hours to reduce the amount of time the younger children spend in the car for journeys for school pick up but we ask that the lunch is booked in advance with the kindergarten leader. Any extras to the confirmed sessions will be invoiced half-termly but must be paid before booking during the following half term.
GUIDELINES FOR THE PAYMENT OF FEES
TERMLY FEES ARE DUE ON THE FIRST DAY OF ATTENDANCE IN EACH HALF TERM As we are a small setting and we have no other source of income, your co-operation with this allows us to meet our weekly expenses. There will be a late payment fee of £40 if the invoice is not paid on the week of issue. Thank you in advance for your understanding and support.
FREE FOR 3 and 4 year olds. The funding is available for the term after your child turns 3 until the end of term when 5 years old.
If any alternative arrangements are necessary then this must be requested before the start of term. In any alternative arrangement, parents must make clear the method of payment to be followed. There is an administration charge for monthly payments.
Two equal payments per term, at the beginning of each half term, to be paid on the first day of attendance.
In the case of outstanding debts still remaining at the end of term, the balance must be cleared before a child recommences the following term. ALL OUTSTANDING FEES MUST BE CLEARED BEFORE THE LAST DAY IN JULY
NO FINANCIAL ALLOWANCE CAN BE MADE FOR ILLNESS, ABSENCE TO VISIT OTHER SCHOOLS OR HOLIDAYS. ONE TERM’S NOTICE SHOULD BE GIVEN FOR WITHDRAWAL OF A CHILD
